Joseph Armano provides commercial real estate consulting and brokerage services to tenants to help them lower their lease costs. He is a Vice President at UGL Services and a principal at Joseph Armano Real Estate. Joseph was an Associate Vice President at CresaPartners and Senior Associate at Helmsely Spear. Prior to that, he managed Coldwell Banker's Midtown office and was was a top agent at Sotheby's International Realty.

Joseph has helped owners, investors and tenants to realize their goals in the New York City real estate market. He currently represents tenants in New York City and throughout the United States. His thorough understanding of New York City real estate and finance makes him an outstanding professional to assist in managing your office space needs.

Joseph graduated with an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business. He held positions at a top Wall Street firms earlier in his career.

Joseph has been a long time Manhattan resident and he thoroughly delights in New York City and its culture. He also has spent time residing and marketing and selling real estate in the Hamptons, a place he also enjoys immensely.

Joseph's desire to meet a challenge has surfaced in his personal life. He has completed the Ford New York City Triathlon, the Mighty Hamptons Triathalon and the New York City Marathon. He raised $5000 for the Swim Across America Long Island Sound Swim which he participated in. Most recently he and his team completed a one day bike ride from Manhattan to Montauk.

Joseph is a broker member of the Real Estate Board of New York and he is conversational in Italian.
